Newsletter in June 2026

Hello beautiful souls,

It’s June; my last newsletter was 3 months ago; therefore, I want to give you a short update with this newsletter.

I hope you are well and that you are enjoying the summer Pitta heat. Well, in Germany, we have little low-pressure area weather-wise. This also affects our bodies according to Ayurveda. Cool down with some nice salads and a lot of liquids (preferably sipping warm ginger water).

Recently I was talking to an Ayurvedic doctor, and he mentioned the following, which I want to share with you:

“In Ayurveda, balance is never a fixed state. It is always relative to many factors such as your dosha constitution, age, season, digestive fire (Agni), stage of life, climate, and even the time of day. True balance is dynamic and continuously adjusts to these changing influences.”

Your dosha is your individual constitution, how you look, how your bones are, how you feel, your temperament, your metabolism, and your activity level. See it as a personal unique way the universe created you. And according to your Dosha, you can choose food and a lifestyle that are good for you.

My personal life: I, meanwhile, changed my regular job and am trying a new field right now. For teaching yoga it is not the time yet, but I am in a deep, self-disciplined practice. I still follow the raja-yoga path, with 1 hour of meditation and pranayama every morning and studying the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

One wonderful thought I want to share: Patanjali says it is better to not do so much psychotherapy and discuss your problems; rather, read uplifting books like the Bhagavad Gita or the sutras, or even the Bible.

I plan another Ashram visit for myself to deepen my practice, and I plan to sub a class soon or decide to teach in a new studio. Also, I am planning to do a day retreat in Berlin and share more of the Raja-yoga pass on IG.

Loves, you see, Ayurveda became my full passion, and I love to share this on my IG. Why? Yoga and Ayurveda have so much in common. And of course I will guide you further with some yogic skills.

All in all, Ayurveda and yoga are both holistic approaches that you can implement in your life.

Here is now finally a wonderful Dosha Test with already daily recommendations for each Dosha.

I am happy to share this with you, and I am curious to know which Dosha you are.

Start now: Now is all we have.

Enjoy, loves.
Talk soon.

Isabella
